The charming decor enhanced my stay while the small room limited my luggage space.

the staff was very friendly, the location excellent and the rooms look nice.
a lot of noise from the street, single window gave a lit of draft

budget room, neat with a double bed. bonus point for a safe box, multi-channel tv, and coffee and tea making facilities.

We booked this one night stay in Amsterdam fairly late and were not surprised by the price but slightly disappointed by the cons as listed.
Quite, central location. Clean room with very comfortable single beds and good en-suite. Staff very friendly.
No public rooms or bar etc. Small breakfast bar. Amsterdam priced at €230. Loft room difficult to negotiate winding stairs for elderly guests, which I’m afraid to say is what we are now!

Whole place was clean with decent views; great location on the outlying canals. Location: the hotel was close to shopping centre and tube station and the center of town and the train station. Tried some takeout specials...

Excellent location closes to many bars and restaurants. Only a short walk to the tram system. Our room had a superb view over the canal. Free wirless internet.
Room was rather small for the price but adequately appointed. Really no public rooms except for a small breakfast area.

great location, close to the sites and ameneties of the city, but in a quiet scenic location on a canal. Good knowledgable staff who knew the city very well.
Noisy plumbing, no soundproofing, very small room - all compensated for by the quaintness of a 15th century building in a lovely location.

Spotless & unique rooms with 2 bathrooms. With wake-up service available and exceptional staff at the night shift.

The location is excellent, the beds were comfortable and breakfast was good.
The bathroom had some humidity problems and the luggage storage room was very small and unguarded.

very good location
There is no connection between the rooms at the practice and those shown in the pictures on the website. The rooms at the hotel are much smaller than the pictures displayed on the site of the hotel. I felt I had fallen victim to fraud in the context of the size of the rooms at the hotel. They are extremely small.

- Shower in the closet - Carpet floor - Not enough air circulation in the room - Mattresses are too soft

Location was on a quiet canal, close to Anne Franks house and central station Rooms are quite modern and funky Good breakfast friendly Staff and alot help booking trips
Charged for a cup of coffee at reception, there are no tea or coffee making facilities in the room beds are way to soft, my wife and I had to sleep on two single beds pushed together to make a double. It would of been fine except they did not use a double bottom sheet so the beds would split apart. No do not disturb card for door, maid tried to open door even though my wife holding the door closed.
